01The company

About the company

A family company from Eilat, founded in 1992. We carry out development, paving, infrastructure and construction work for the leading organisations in southern Israel — and make the details that complete every job ourselves, in our own carpentry and metal workshop.

The company was founded by the late Natan Valdman, and has been led by Daniel Valdman since 1994. It employs a permanent team — engineers, technicians, site managers and skilled workers — and owns extensive equipment and heavy machinery. The philosophy hasn't changed since the first project: quality, keeping to schedule, professionalism and creative thinking.

02What we do

Three divisions.
One responsibility.

Each division has its own team, equipment and workshop — and together they let us carry a project from the first work on site to the final detail.

04Our standard

What you don't see
is what holds.

The quality of development work shows years after the crew has left the site. These are our working principles on every project — even when no one is checking.

A double rebar mesh and casting bays before a concrete slab is poured — what will disappear beneath the concrete
  1. Full waste removal

All construction waste goes to licensed sites, and backfill is clean, compliant soil. Nothing is buried under the paving.

  2. Compaction in layers

Heavy rollers and layer-by-layer work to engineering standards, so the surface stays stable for years and doesn’t sink after the first winter.

  3. Rebar where it belongs

Standard reinforcement mesh, correct tying, and spacers that hold the steel exactly in the middle of the pour. That is what gives concrete its strength.

  4. Laser-set slopes

Laser and level measurement, so water runs to the drains — not into the foundations.

  5. Curing in the Eilat sun

Controlled watering of the concrete in the days after the pour, so it doesn’t dry too fast in the heat and lose strength.

  6. Insurance & safety

Insured workers, comprehensive contractor’s insurance and full safety procedures — so the client carries no legal risk.

05The workshops

Made in-house,
from machine to hand.
