This website (the "Site") is operated by Natan Valdman & Sons Ltd.(the "Company"). It presents information about the Company and its divisions: infrastructure development and construction, Valdman Carpentry and Valdman Metalworks.

Use of the Site is subject to these terms and to the privacy policy. By browsing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information on the site

• The information on the Site, including descriptions of services, projects, images and figures, is for general information only.
• Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, a quote or a commitment to carry out work. Any engagement with the Company will be made under a written agreement or quote, and only its terms will apply.
• We strive to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or change. The Company may update or remove information at any time.
• The images on the Site document the Company's work, facilities and teams, and are for illustration. Actual work may differ in details, materials and finish, depending on the order and site conditions.

The names "Natan Valdman & Sons", "Valdman Carpentry" and "Valdman Metalworks" and the Company's logo belong to the Company and may not be used without its permission.

• sending spam, offensive content or false information through the contact form;
• attempting to break into the Site's systems or disrupt its operation;

Enquiries through the site

An enquiry through the contact form does not commit the Company to carry out work or to any particular terms. You must provide accurate details, and may provide another person's details only with their consent.

The Site may include videos from YouTube or Vimeo and links to other websites. This content and these services are operated by third parties; the Company is not responsible for them, and their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Site or reliance on its information.
